Programs & Modes There are a total of eight exercise modes to choose from:
Quick Start: Allows the user to quickly begin a workout after setting training values such as distance, time, or calories.
Interval: Users can set specific values for cycles, time, level, and target RPM.
Map Your Route: Users can plan a route on a map, and the load level will automatically adjust according to the map's slope. The device can detect the user's region and switch between a world map (Google Map) or China Map.
Constant Power: Users can set a target time, power, and cadence. The load level will be adjusted automatically based on the target wattage.
Program: Users can select from preset programs (P1-P12) or set up their own user programs (U1-U4). The level will be adjusted according to the selected program.
Heart Rate Control: Users can set their age, time, and target heart rate percentage (55%, 75%, 90%). The load level will automatically increase if the heart rate is below the goal or decrease if it is over the goal.
Real Scene Mode: Users can choose from three different videos to train with.
Fitness Test: This mode evaluates the user's physical condition and calculates their VO2 MAX. It consists of a warm-up and a test process. During the test, the user must maintain an RPM of 48 to 52. The test ends automatically when the user's heart rate reaches 85% of their maximum heart rate.
System and Settings ⚙️The system settings page provides access to several functions:
Login and Account Management: Users can log in with their email and password , create a new account, or reset their password.
Training History: This page displays weekly training history, which is cleared every Monday. It also shows total workout time, distance, and calories.
Settings: This mode allows for adjustments to the unit (KM/ML), language, brightness, volume, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth settings.
Multimedia Mode: The device supports various multimedia apps, including Netflix, YouTube, Spotify, and Chrome. Users can hide or show workout data while using these apps.
Connectivity: The device has Wi-Fi and Bluetooth pulse matching functions. It can connect to device apps with FTMS-BLE, such as the ZWIFT app.
System Upgrade: The system can be upgraded to a newer app version.
