Features
- This is a stair trainer designed for adults for indoor use only.
- The maximum user weight is 170 KGS.
- It has two emergency stop buttons: one on the lower part of the handlebars and the other on the lower right side handlebar.
- The machine will stop if the emergency stop button is pressed.
- The machine has a power-saving mode that automatically turns off the display after 10 minutes of no activity.
- It has music functions with MP3/SD/USB/Bluetooth connectivity.

Console and Display The console has windows to display:
- TIME/STEP: Shows movement time or the number of steps.
- HEIGHT/PROG: Displays motion height or the program number.
- CALORIES: Shows heat consumption.
- LEVEL: Displays the gear value (1-25 Level) .
- PULSE: Shows the user's heartbeat (50-200 beats/minute).
- SPM: Displays the machine speed.
- Lattice: Displays the program diagram.
The machine has a safety lock function which, when pulled off, will stop the machine and display an alarm.
Programs and Modes
- Manual Mode: Allows the user to manually control the speed and other settings.
- Built-in Programs: The system has 36 pre-set programs (P01-P36). Each program is divided into 20 segments.
- User Custom Programs: Users can create and save up to three custom programs (U01-U03).
- Body Fat Test: A feature to test the user's body mass index (FAT). The ideal FAT should be between 20 and 25. This data is for reference only and cannot be used for medical purposes
